- Meet with clients to help develop budget and scope of work/timeline
- Review architectural plans with clients and team to make any necessary changes and suggestions for final plans.
- Create a design concept that is cohesive with the client’s vision, wants, and need for their space.
- Source all finish materials I.E., tile and stone, plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring, cabinets, millwork, casework, lighting, mirrors, and hardware.
- Create a design specification book for the construction team that would include conceptual drawings for kitchen, bathrooms, finish carpentry, inspiration photos, material specs, and schedules.
- Team meetings/site visits throughout the build process to oversee progress and execution of the design plan.
- Product procurement and ordering of materials.
- Product tracking & management.
Furnishing & accessories
- Meet with clients to help develop budget and scope of work/timeline
- Create a design concept that is cohesive with the client’s vision, wants, and need for their space
- Produce furniture floor plans for home.
- Source all furnishings, window treatments, and soft goods.
- Generate proposals for furnishings, etc. for client approval.
- Procurement and ordering of all items.
- Manage shipping and receiving of all items. Track all items and confirm with the team that all pieces have been inspected/received and in good condition.
- Schedule, Manage, and Install all ordered items.
